The PGA TOUR sunk a deal with Netflix for a new episodic documentary series, according to Golf.com. The show will offer fans “unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to some of the best golfers in the world” as they play the 2021-22 PGA Tour season, with production and filming set to begin early next season. Vox Media and Box to Box Films will each be involved with production as well.

PROGRAMMING

Paramount+ is adding studio show Inside the NFL to its roster, where the long-running show will debut on Sept. 7. New episodes will stream Tuesday nights on Paramount+ throughout the 2021 NFL season to Super Bowl LVI. This season will feature the debut of recently retired 12-year NFL veteran wide receiver, three-time Super Bowl champion and Super Bowl LIII MVP Julian Edelman as the show’s newest cast member. He joins Phil Simms, Brandon Marshall, host James Brown, Ray Lewis and Michael Irvin.

Speaking of CBS and football, CBS Sports Chairman Sean McManus told reporters that there will be an NFL wild-card playoff game simulcasted on Nickelodeon this season. The last postseason saw Nick carry its first NFL wild-card game when the Saints defeated the Bears

Host Rachel Bonnetta is joining the NFL Media group, where she will contribute and lead Legalized Sports Betting-focused content on NFL Network, as well as the NFL’s digital platforms such as NFL.com and the NFL app. Additionally, Bonnetta will host, contribute and develop content ideas outside of the Legalized Sports Betting space on a variety of platforms across the NFL Media group, including a role on NFL Network’s NFL GameDay Morning, host of NFL GameDay View and a presence at signature events such as Super Bowl, NFL Honors and Red Carpet.

AEW pay-per-view All Out runs on Sunday at 8p and will be available in the U.S. with exclusive digital distribution on Bleacher Report via the Bleacher Report app, bleacherreport.com and connected devices for $49.99.

Mike Golic and Kate Scott are on deck to headline “College Football Saturday Night” – a new personality-driven game broadcast by Learfield delivered to fans across multiple platforms on 13 Saturdays during the 2021 season. They will host a brief post-game show following each game, starting with Houston and Texas Tech at 7p tomorrow. p.

The Western Collegiate Hockey Association sealed a partnership with the Big Ten Network and B1G+ as its exclusive streaming platform, in a three-year deal beginning with the 2021-22 season. Games at all eight WCHA campuses will be streamed on the B1G+ platform, while the league is set to host at least two televised matchups on the Big Ten Network.

Manchester City announced a landmark second NFT drop. Com2uS announced that applications are now open for Lost Centuria World Championship 2021, the first official global tournament of Summoners War: Lost Centuria. The main event will take place on November 6 via livestream on YouTube. The event will also be live streamed in 13 different languages.
