National Geographic tapped Josh Weinberg as Senior Vice President of Integrated Media for National Geographic Partners. He had been Vice President, Content Strategy and Production for ad sales integrations and partnerships at the network.
Andy Berg joined NBC News’ Peacock Productions as Head of Development. He previously consulted on development and talent for National Geographic Channel.
Freemantle reorganized its executive team. Suzanne Lopez, previously Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, has been upped to Chief Operating Officer for North America. Tim Grau, most recently Senior Vice President of Commercial Partnerships and Business Affairs, was promoted to Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs. Former executive producer Dan Funk was named Executive Vice President of Unscripted Production. And Meredith Berens, formerly Head of International HR for DreamWorks Animation, joins the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
