The franchise will also feature Burt Reynolds and the 1979 Trans Am made famous in the movie Smokey and the Bandit in Celebrity Rides: Burt Builds a Bandit scheduled to air this fall. Future celebrities include Kevin Dillon in Celebrity Rides: Dillon Does Dean premiering mid-2008 in a six-part 30m series where a kit car replica of a 1955 Porsche Spyder, the type once driven by James Dean, will be built.
