Scripps promoted Carolyn Pione Micheli, previously Vice President, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, to Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. Laura Tomlin, who served as SVP, National Media, was elevated to Executive Vice President, National Media.

Fran Hazeldine was named Senior Vice President of Marketing of Pluto TV. He joins from YouTube TV, where he served as Global Head of Integrated Marketing.

Nickelodeon appointed Michael H. Levine, Ph.D. as SVP, Learning and Impact, for Noggin , the net’s direct-to-consumer interactive learning service for preschoolers. Levine had been Chief Knowledge Officer at Sesame Workshop.

Lion Television USA appointed Rebecca Bregman as Executive-in-Charge. Bregman has a long history with the company, having produced three seasons of Cash Cab in 2009 and 2010.

Appilcaster appointed Bennett Theimann as Chief Financial Officer. Theimann was previously CFO at Conductor, a NY-based enterprise SEO platform.

WarnerMedia Entertainment and Direct-To-Consumer tapped Lucinda Martinez as head of multicultural marketing, brand and inclusion strategies. Martinez joined HBO more than 17 years ago and most recently served as EVP, brand marketing.

NBCUniversal Content Distribution promoted Jonas Blank to SVP, business and legal affairs.

Citizen Pictures, producer of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, hired former Dorsey Pictures exec Katie Alvord as VP, Development.
