Discovery, Inc. named Neil Chugani as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy and Operations, Direct-to-Consumer. Chugani will will work with all of Discovery’s DTC business units, both in the U.S. and International markets to create consistent strategic, financial, and operational practices. Most recently, he served as CFO for the Business and Operations of Google and YouTube in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Global agency collective Stadiumred Group announced the appointment of Debbie Kaplan as Chief Strategy Officer and George Bennett as Chief Growth Officer. Kaplan previously served as head of experiential marketing at WPP’s Geometry; Bennett will continue to serve as interim CEO of MagicBullet Media, a content agency within the Stadiumred Group network that he founded in 2008.

AccuWeather named Michelle Harmon-Madsen as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, Harmon-Madsen was President at ShopperX Lab.

TikTok hired cybersecurity expert Roland Cloutier as Chief Information Security Officer. Cloutier was previously Chief Security Officer at payroll services company ADP.

Showtime Networks Inc. elevated Michael Crotty to the post of EVP/CFO, replacing corporate finance exec Adam Townsend, will depart the company at the end of March after 12 years of combined service across Showtime Networks and CBS. Crotty also will oversee BET Networks’ finance team.

Eric Korsh is heading back to Scout Productions as president. Korsh, who most recently launched two global digital studios, returns to Scout after more than a decade, where he ran operations during the original Queer Eye reign on Bravo.
