Cynopsis: Kids!
05/24/12

Good morning. It’s Thursday, May 24, 2012, and this your first early morning briefing.

Nickelodeon Northern Europe and Studio 100 Media are teaming up again for the new 8-11 targeted daily soap/mystery series Hotel 13 (120×12), which has begun production in Antwerp, Belgium and will wrap in December 2012. The two previously co-produced the popular series House of Anubis. The German-language version of the series is a co-production between Nickelodeon Northern Europe, Studio 100 and Studio 100 Media, for air on Nickelodeon channels Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland and Austria, dubbed in their respective language. The series follows six very different teens that meet at the Hotel 13, a hotel near to the sea, each with reasons of their own for being there. For Tom and Anna it’s a job during vacation, Flo is an apprentice in the kitchen, Victoria is a spoiled hotel guest and Jack is the son of the hotel owner, and when Anna’s friend Liv arrives the group is complete. Tom is driven to work at the hotel after receiving a mysterious message instructing him to find room 13, but that’s easier said than done – since room 13 does not exist.
