What are three attributes that got you where you are now?

Being serially curious about the world around me, consistent hard work, and luck.

What advice would you give to someone who is looking to enter the market?

Build relationships, find opportunities to express your individuality, avoid stagnancy, and overcome a lack of skills with hard work.

Pre-workday, what is your morning ritual?

I’m an early riser. I start my day by checking emails before trying to get a workout in to set me up for the day ahead. Then, I get to work.

What about your job keeps you up at night?

Finding ways to differentiate who we are and what we do in a crowded marketplace.

In an industry brimming with information, what isn’t talked about enough?

Today’s consumers are expecting brands to add to their experiences, as opposed to disrupting it. Brands are needing to find consumers where they are and talk to them – authentically – about what they care about to forge stronger human connections that fuel brand affinity. Our obsession with culture drives us to deliver work for our clients that convert followers into fanatics. And it’s our connectivity within the world of Endeavor that offers 160 (and our clients) a unique advantage in this space.
