The bill could be revived, but not until January.

 GOING GLOBAL

Australia’s Supreme Court shot down a challenge from Lachlan Murdoch and Bruce Gordon to CBS’s acquisition of Ten Network Holdings. Murdoch and Gordon argued that administrators should have given Gordon’s Birketu and Murdoch’s Illyria Nominees Television, both major shareholders, a chance to buy Ten Network, but the judge said that decision was up to the creditors, not the court.

Drive Media announced a diverse lineup of factual content for MIPCOM that includes Wilder Australia, Body Cam Cops, The World’s Deadliest Drivers, The Nazi Who Hid Jews, Growing Up Gay and Titanic: The New Evidence.
