Baseball-themed Pitch, which was to launch in the spring, stole the fall Thursday-at-9p timeslot once reserved for the final season of Bones. (Synergy alert: Fox starts airing Major League Baseball’s Fall Classic starting October 25.) Moved to Thursdays at 9p in January, Bones displaces reboot Prison Break, which slides into Pitch’s original Tuesdays-in-spring spot.

Grey’s Anatomy cast member Sara Ramirez is leaving the ABC drama after 10 seasons. Ramirez, who joined the final episode of season two, said she was “taking some welcome time off.” In the season finale, Ramirez’s character, Callie, left for New York City to be with her daughter. “Dr. Callie Torres came into our lives dancing it out in her underwear almost a decade ago, and I could not be happier or more proud of her journey,” said Shonda Rimes. “I will miss Callie tremendously, but I am excited for what the future holds for Sara. She will always have a home at Shondaland.”
A&E canceled Damien after one low-rated season. The drama followed the character from The Omen horror movie franchise. “I really loved making #Damien. We all did,” tweeted showrunner Glen Mazzara on Friday. “We just never got the numbers there.”

Usually I just write on a piece of paper, ‘Nobel prize for having married out of your religion.’” For more on the ceremony, go here: http://www.peabodyawards.com/stories. An edited version will air on Pivot Monday, June 6 at 8p.

Out-of-home advertising is on the rise. According to the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, OOH ad revenues rose 3.3 percent in 1Q16, to $1.64 billion, versus last year. One reason for the boost: mobile devices, which allow consumers to interact with billboards, letting advertisers target and measure audience response to ads.
