Floyd “Money” Mayweather has set another record, inking a boxing deal with Showtime and CBS Corporation in a new PPV TV agreement that will bring up to six of his fights into the Showtime umbrella and is said to be the biggest financial deal in boxing history. As part of the agreement, Showtime will partner with CBS to promote Mayweather’s events on the network as well as through the company’s other media platforms. The revenue-sharing arrangement begins May 4 when Mayweather will fight Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero.

The series will include films that look at: Pat Summitt, college sports’ most successful coach ever; the largely unknown history of Katarina Witt and her link with East Germany’s secret police; and the focus on sex in the marketing of female athletes. The series will debut on July 2 on ESPN and then air over consecutive Tuesday evenings at 8p.
