Coolabi ( www.coolabi.com ) addresses the movement in its share price (which increased by 18%) by confirming that it has been approached by a third party with a possible offer that “may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company.”  Coolabi went on to say explain, “Discussions are at a very early stage and there can be no certainty that these discussions could lead to an offer for the Company.  Coolabi owns, develops and manages kid and family-aimed brands and intellectual properties, including Poppy Cat, Purple Robbie, Scarlett & Crimson, The Large Family and Dead Gorgeous.  Coolabi also licensing rights to select brands such as Bagpuss, Clangers, and Ivor the Engine.
