FOX’s derailed comedy Running Wilde starring Will Arnett and Keri Russell will have its final four episodes air on FX on Thursdays at 10p beginning April 28.   FOX took the comedy off its schedule during November sweeps and also opted to not give the series a full-season pick-up.  During last January’s Television Critics Association press tour, FOX’s President/Entertainment Kevin Reilly said then Running Wilde will not be returning to the network’s schedule.

Fresh off of its series launch last Sunday, HBO granted fantasy series Game of Thrones a second season.  In its premiere episode, Game of Thrones brought in 2.2 million total viewers at 9p. Additionally, two encore airings on Sunday at 1005p and 1115p tallied 1.2 million viewers and 800,000 viewers respectively for a combined total of 4.2 million total viewers for the night.  Game of Thrones did better than the series opener of True Blood with 1.44 million in September 2008 though less than last September’s series debut of Boardwalk Empire at 4.81 million total viewers.
