Netflix is on the hunt for cable distribution deals that would allow cable-TV subscribers to access a Netflix app through set-top boxes, reports the Wall Street Journal. The streaming video service is in early talks with Comcast Corp. and Suddenlink Communications, according to the paper, but “no deal is imminent.” Netflix has made a similar arrangement with U.K.’s Virgin Media.

Now it’s A-lister Susan Sarandon who’s ready for a series regular role on the small screen. The survey of media buyers lists NBC’s The Blacklist as the priciest new series ($198,667) and Fox‘s Sleepy Hollow the biggest bargain, at $139,120.

The Bachelor‘s Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici, who got engaged on the 17th edition of the ABC dating show in November 2012, could make history by becoming the first Bachelor couple to make it from proposal all the way to “I do” (two Bachelorettes made it to the altar, while one Bachelor married his runner-up).
