Co-production partners Anima Estudios, SLR Productions, Home Plate Entertainment and Telegael head into production on the newly green-lit animated comedy Teenage Fairytale Dropouts (52×11). The HD Flash animated series is currently slated to be available for broadcast in 2013. Teenage Fairytale Dropouts tells the story of three best friends, and second-generation fairytale characters, who are determined to be their own people despite what their well-known fairytale parents have to say on the topic! In case your are wondering … the three friends, Jeremiah, Fury and Trafalgar, are respectively the son of The Giant from Jack and the Beanstalk, the daughter of Tooth Fairy, and one of Merlin’s many nephews. Each has a lot of growing to do … both literally and figuratively.
