DHX Media heads to Mipcom next month with new preschool series and new episodes of several existing series.  DHX will launch the new preschool stop-motion animated series Rastamouse (52×11) in Cannes.  Rastamouse is produced by Three Stones Media with Dinamo Productions and publishers Little Roots for CBeebies (UK).  DHX Media is handling the worldwide TV (excluding the UK) rights, as well as the global licensing and merchandising rights for the property.  The TV series is based on the Rastamouse books by Michael De Souza and Genevieve Webster.  DHX will also showcase completed episodes of the new art-centric CGI animated preschool series Pirates, An Adventure in Art (44×11), which was commissioned by the CBC (Canada).  Also on its slate in the preschool arena include the third season of Grandpa in My Pocket, new episodes of Animal Mechanicals, and dirtgirlworld.  Meanwhile in the tween/teen-targeted live action genre, DHX will feature second seasons of How to Be Indie and That’s So Weird.
