Friday Fun Fact:  Spiders never spin webs in structures made of chestnut wood

Answer to Yesterday’s Trivia:  Introduced by Hasbro in 1983, this toy was the basis of animated television specials and a series.  The toys are very colorful, and have symbols on their haunches, which is how they get their individual names. What toy is this?   MY LITTLE PONY  Kudos to: Emily Brenner-HarperCollins/NY; Meredith Rusu-Disney Press/NY; Meredith Wayne-CoxReps/NY; Caitlin Kelley-Nickelodeon/NY; Alex Dale-Momentum Talent & Literary Agency/Beverly Hills; Sari Rappaport-The Hub/Burbank; Shira Abel-Aniboom/Tel Aviv; Elize Morgan-Slainte Pictures/Toronto; Justina Chong/Toronto

Today’s Trivia Question:  While this toy may have been marketed to little mothers, their brothers enjoyed the fruits of their labors too!  First introduced in 1963 by Kenner, and looked like a miniature of the real thing.   Over the years the look changed a bit. While there was one recall in 2007, the toy is still on the market and selling quite well.  What is it?       (Email [email protected] with your answer and be sure to include your name, company, city and time zone. Unofficial rules: Only the second four correct answers from each time zone will be mentioned; and once you’ve been mentioned in any of the Cynopsis editions, you can’t be mentioned again that calendar week.)
