AI is moving too fast for some consumers, particularly when it comes to disclosure, trust, and brand perception, according to new Cint research, conducted in association with Advertising Week Europe. The survey found 27% of US and UK consumers are extremely or very concerned about AI use in advertising, while 63% of US consumers say brands and creators have a duty to disclose when AI is used in advertising and marketing campaigns. Also of note:
· 44% of Americans said knowing an ad is fully AI-made has no impact on brand perception, but 28% said it makes them view the brand more negatively.
· Government and public sector, legal services, and healthcare/pharma ranked among the least acceptable categories for AI in advertising across both markets, suggesting higher sensitivity around AI use in more regulated sectors.
· 35% of US respondents say they do not currently use AI in their professional lives.
ABC has officially renewed “Grey’s Anatomy” for a 23rd season. While the departures of cast members Kevin McKidd and Kim Raver have been announced, remaining cast members have not been confirmed.
Global streaming subscription revenue rose 14% in 2025 to a record $157.1 billion, according to Ampere Analysis, up from $50 billion at the pandemic’s peak in 2020. Ampere projects subscription revenue will climb another 29% to exceed $200 billion globally by 2030. The US remains the largest driver of the sector, accounting for 50% of global streaming subscription revenue in 2025, with Netflix the largest contributor in the US market, up by 14% in revenue for 2025 following a price increase at the start of the year. |

| BET is set to launch of BET Creator Studio, a dedicated space where creators can amplify their content. The studio aims to serve as a creative engine for Black voices, pairing emerging and established talent with the infrastructure, resources, and distribution power of BET. First up: marquee series “The Jason Lee Show,” debuting Wednesday, April 8 at 8:01a, on BET.com and BET’s official YouTube channel.
As K-12 schools face financial pressure, parents and teens now want brands involved in schools – and it’s influencing what they buy, according to new national data from Campus Multimedia and YouGov. Key findings from “Untapped Trust Advantage: Why Brands Win by Showing Up for K-12 Education” include:
· 71% of parents say brands supporting students/teachers are more deserving of their business
· 73% of parents want a brand to partner with or “adopt” their child’s school
· 70% of teens (12–17) want brands supporting their school community
· 97% of school leaders are open to brand/community sponsorships |
