Season 4 of Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale won’t arrive until over a year after August’s season 3 finale , it was announced at TCA. “We’ll start principal photography March 2 and we’ll be on in the fall,” said exec producer Warren Littlefield. The dystopian drama was renewed for a fourth run last July.
