Steve Ascher was promoted to SVP, Production & Development of A+E Originals. In December 2017, Ascher was named VP of A+E Originals.

VidCon announced Sarah Tortoreti as VP of Marketing. Prior to VidCon, Tortoreti oversaw the marketing, media, and creative strategy and execution of campaigns to drive awareness and ticket sales for the Nickelodeon Experience group.

Julie Henderson, EVP and Chief Communications Officer for 21^st Century Fox, will move to the position of Chief Communications Officer of Snap upon the completion of the sale of 21^st Century Fox assets to Disney.

Creative services company BigStar added Creative Director John Leamy to its team. Leamy was most recently Executive Creative Director at Leroy & Clarkson.

The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers promoted Zenita Henderson to VP, Marketing and Business Development; Robin Fenton to VP, Membership & Learning Operations; and Steve Harris to Executive Director, Technical Sales, Learning & Development.

Telemundo Global Studios announced new leadership, including the promotion of Fabrizio Alcobe to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Talent, Telemundo Global Studios, and Fernando Gastón named as Vice President of Productions and Development, Pilots. Ricardo Coeto, EVP of Production, will leave the company but remain as Creative Advisor for scripted projects through the transition. Jeremy Radisich has been promoted to President of MarketCast. Radisich joined the research and data analytics company in 1999. Superjacket Productions upped production executive Matt Cabral to the newly created role of COO. Prior to Superjacket, Cabral served as SVP, Production at Lizard Trading Company.

Deva Kehoe has joined Showtime as SVP, Talent Relations and Events. Most recently, Kehoe served as Director of Special Events and Talent Relations at Hulu.

Zack Hernandez has been named the replacement for Sony Pictures Television’s Philip Martzolf, who is stepping down as EVP, U.S. Syndication Sales in February. Hernandez is SVP of U.S. Syndication Sales for the western region at SPT.

Bloomberg Media announced Pooja Malpani as its Head of Consumer Web, Media & Marketing Engineering. Pooja joins from HBO, where she oversaw the Purchase and Identity Engineering team responsible for HBO’s streaming products.
