What’s the best career advice you ever got?
A mentor of mine one told me: “You don’t have to have your foot on the gas ALL the time. It is your choice when to ease up and when to lean into your career. I have faith that even if you pull back, you will still be a rock star. Set your own pace.”
What’s a good tip for job interviews?
Be yourself. Ask questions that show how you think. Be brutally honest in your responses and thoughts.
What are the three most important qualities in a successful manager?
Empathy. Authenticity. Advocacy.

T Media Sales has tapped Joseph Dugan to serve as President. Dugan was formerly SVP, Portfolio Sales and Client Partnerships at WarnerMedia.

TVSquared has appointed Debbie Wogan as Chief Revenue Officer and Jessica Hindlian as SVP of Identity and Partnerships. Wogan was previously Principal Agency Manager at Amazon, while Hindlian was VP of Product Partnerships and Sales Implementation at TransUnion.

Bert Habets has joined Antenna Group as CEO. Habets was formerly CEO of RTL Group.

Larry Namer is joining crowdfunding platform FilmCapital.io as president. Namer is co-founder of E! Entertainment Television.

Pete Aronson has joined J30 Studios as Head of Development and Production. Aronson served as an Executive Producer on the “Sherman’s Showcase Black History Month Spectacular” in 2020 and will continue in that role on the upcoming second season of the series for AMC.
