Si Robertson‘s "My favorite color is camo" proclamation has set off a lawsuit. A&E is being sued for trademark infringement and unfair competition over Duck Dynasty apparel that’s printed with that memorable line. The plaintiff is Hajn, a company that’s been selling clothing branded with the phrase, "My Favorite Color’s Camo," and claims that A&E never responded to a cease-and-desist letter. A&E has not filed a response in court, says CNN.
