RATINGS
Hallmark Channel is on a winning streak with this past weekend’s original premieres elevating the network to No. 1 in Primetime on Saturday and Sunday among HH ratings. The Saturday, June 10, premiere of The Perfect Bride averaged a 2.0 HH rating and 2 million Total Viewers. The seventh episode premiere of Good Witch on Sunday, June 11, earned a 2.2 HH rating and 2.4 million Total Viewers
In syndication news, the usual post-sweep ratings swoon came to pass in the Memorial Day session ending June 4, with almost all of syndication at or near season low levels. Dr. Phil (new season low 2.7 Live+SD Nielsen rating, down 18% from the week before) was in reruns, but still topped talkers. Live with Kelly & Ryan (2.1, down 5%) was alone in second place for the first time in nearly a month, elbowing aside Ellen DeGeneres (new season low 1.8, down 18%).
Among court shows, Judge Judy (6.2, down 10%) maintained a lead of more than four rating points in its genre despite showing reruns on four of the five days. In the game show arena, Family Feud (6.3, up 2%) continued to dominate the game shows, while Wheel of Fortune (new season low 5.3, down 9%) fell into a tie with Jeopardy (5.3, down 5%).
Last week’s Snapped was the most watched episode of the Oxygen series in over a year among total viewers, delivering 199,000 P18-49 (up +22% versus the prior week’s episode) and 596,000 total viewers (up +48%).
Bravo’s Southern Charm delivered 1.2 million P25-54 (up +4%), while the net’s Below Deck Mediterranean hit a second consecutive season high, delivering 1 million P18-49 (up +4% versus the prior week’s episode) and 1.9 million total viewers (up +2%). Million Dollar Listing NY posted week-over-week growth among all key demos, including 843,000 P25-54 (up +10%), and 1.5 million total viewers (up +5%).
