Apple experienced “limited impact” from President Trump’s tariffs in the most recent quarter, reported CEO Tim Cook. While Cook acknowledged to investors that he couldn’t predict what impact of tariffs will have moving forward, should circumstances remain the same, tariffs would add a reasonable $900 million to the company’s costs next quarter.

Meta is rolling a standalone AI app enabling users to access Meta AI in an app similar to the ChatGPT app and other AI assistant apps. The differentiator: this app is personalized, based on information users have shared on Meta products, such as profiles and content they have engaged with. The app also has a Discover feed, where users can share how they’re using AI with friends.

Alibaba released Qwen3, AI models aimed at competing with OpenAI and Google offerings. “Our flagship model, Qwen3-235B-A22B, achieves competitive results in benchmark evaluations of coding, math, general capabilities, etc., when compared to other top-tier models such as DeepSeek-R1, o1, o3-mini, Grok-3, and Gemini-2.5-Pro,” noted the Chinese company on X. “Additionally, the small MoE model, Qwen3-30B-A3B, outcompetes QwQ-32B with 10 times of activated parameters, and even a tiny model like Qwen3-4B can rival the performance of Qwen2.5-72B-Instruct.”

Data validation company Truthset introduced Data-Rated Audiences, a solution that allows brands and agencies to source accuracy-rated data from data providers in the Truthset Data Collective and activate it directly. The innovation empowers brands to save on costs, improve audience targeting, and achieve better marketing outcomes.

Future Today has unveiled the Future Today Marketplace, delivering over 1.5 billion privacy-safe, ID-less yet addressable impressions featuring brand-safe inventory from Future Today’s owned and operated channels, including Fawesome, FilmRise and HappyKids. “The tools are in place for CTV to fulfill on its unique ability to combine the impact of Sight, Sound and Motion with the precision of digital buying to impact and measure upper, mid and lower funnel metrics for brand marketers,” said Tim Ware, Vice President of Future Today’s Marketplace.

LoopMe has partnered with Microsoft Advertising to integrate its real-time brand optimization PurchaseLoop solution into Microsoft Curate. With the integration, advertisers can access real-time optimization alongside brand measurement and custom data. Following a three year partnership, LoopMe has now joined the Microsoft Advertising Partner Program as a select partner. The program encourages partners to grow their businesses, access the larger Microsoft community and receive recognition for their work with Microsoft Advertising.

Yahoo DSP announced the launch of its Conversion API (Yahoo CAPI), a solution designed to help advertisers streamline measurement, attribution, and optimization across channels. Unlike platforms that require separate setups, Yahoo DSP empowers advertisers to optimize campaigns down to the product level with real-time insights, regardless of whether the conversions happened in-store or through a website or app. Advertisers can analyze conversion data through direct integration with Yahoo CAPI or via LiveRamp’s data collaboration platform, Yahoo CAPI’s initial integration partner.

Simpli.fi has expanded its native contextual offerings through a partnership with Bombora, provider of B2B data solutions for brands, agencies, and publishers. The solution combines Simpli.fi’s granular native targeting platform with Bombora’s Company Surge® Intent data for performance-driven, cost-efficient B2B advertising. “Simpli.fi’s partnership with Bombora allows our clients to effectively reach the right B2B audiences with both precision and scale,” said Jonno Burden, Senior Director, Strategic Accounts at Simpli.fi. “With no reliance on third-party cookies, our targeting solution lets advertisers meet audiences where they’re at, all while staying within budget for global campaigns and providing privacy-conscious advertising.”

Data platform Attain has partnered with Samba TV to expand Attain’s incrementality measurement platform to include linear television. The collaboration provides marketers with a cross-channel view of sales lift across all major media platforms. “Marketers have long struggled to quantify the real impact of linear TV on business outcomes,” said Attain CEO and Co-founder Brian Mandelbaum. “With our new integration with Samba TV and their unparalleled footprint of first-party data, we’re removing that blind spot and delivering a holistic view of performance that ties brand-building efforts directly to sales results.”

Amplified Intelligence announced a new brand identity in line with the company’s evolving focus on human measurement.
