AT&T is continuing to phase out U-verse. According to Bloomberg, the telco is nudging customers towards DirecTV, the satellite service it bought last year. Hours before it was scheduled to go to trial on Tuesday, Fox News Channel settled a lawsuit over a photograph from the 9/11 attacks  Thomas Franklin’s “Raising the Flag at Ground Zero” – that appeared on Facebook.
