|Univision received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index, and was named a “Best Place to Work” for LGBTQ persons. The Corporate Equality Index evaluates corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. While 767 major U.S. businesses earned a score of 100 percent, only 19 are in the entertainment and digital media space.
