The Cynopsis Sports Media Awards is the industry’s premiere business awards program honoring the best work in sports media. Judged by your peers, we’ll honor the engaging work in production, marketing and tech, saluting all of the hard work from the past year, and honoring producers, hosts, sponsors and executives alike.

  • How to Enter

    The price of each primary entry is $399. If you are submitting a secondary entry for the same person into two or more categories, the price drops to $199 for each additional entry. Please note, the content for any tagged entries at the reduced rate will need to be the same as the original entry. A late fee of $225 will accompany each entry during the “late entry” deadline period.

    Payment in full must accompany the entry and is not refundable.

    All entries must be submitted online by February 10, 2020 at 11:59pm EST. 

    Finalists will be notified in March and honored during a virtual ceremony on April 21st.

    The Cynopsis Sports Media Awards are open to all individuals and teams worldwide including:

    Vendors are also eligible to compete on behalf of clients. The program is open to national and international entrants.

    The entry submitted must have been worked on (in part) between February 2020 and February 2021.

    Rates

    The price of each primary entry is $399. Entries made after January 27th are subject to a $225/entry late fee. If you are submitting a secondary entry for the same person into two or more categories, the price drops by $200 for each additional entry.

    All entries must be submitted online by 2/10 at 11:59pm EST.

    Finalists will be notified in late March.

    First, you will be guided through the registration process, and then the entry (synopsis + supporting materials), and payment process.
