NBC’s The Office is adding a trio of actors for three new roles following Steve Carell’s upcoming exit, cites TVLine.  The first to capture one of these roles is former model, now actress Cody Horn (Rescue Me).  Horn’s character will join Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton office and become entangled in a hot romance with a longtime staff member.  To start, Horn’s role will be recurring though it could grow to be a series regular.  The other two roles pending roles include Stanley’s other daughter and a new male staffer in the accounting department.

British actor Jamie Bamber (Battlestar Galactica, Law & Order: UK) will star opposite Stockard Channing on NBC’s pilot 17th Precinct from Ron Moore.  The project is an ensemble cop drama with a supernatural twist.  Bamber’s will play Caolan, a highly-focused crime scene detective.
