A new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta opens on Bravo November 6 at 10p from True Entertainment.  The highest-rated city in the Real Housewives franchise follows the ventures and personal lives of six socialites from Atlanta.

From Nielsen, the number of US Asian TV households will increase by 9.6% during the 2011-2012 TV season representing over 400,000 homes compared to last year.  In addition, Hispanic or Latino households will see a 4.6% bump (over 600,000 homes).

Broadcast sales media professional, Marisol Oller died this past weekend.  Ms. Oller held various positions within the industry over the last 20 years, most recently as Director/Sales at Ovation TV.  Her previous positions included VP/Sponsorship Sales at Warner Bros. Domestic Cable Distribution, AE at Univision/TeleFutura Networks and as SVP/Advertising Sales at Fox Family Worldwide (now ABC Family). According to her many friends and admirers, Marisol’s track record is one of being diplomatic and well-liked by both clients and co-workers, while also being aggressive and unrelenting in the pursuit of business. She was an excellent writer and articulate communicator and presenter, and certainly will be missed greatly.
