A FOX renewal was not expected; the network is bringing in more sports to its Saturday-night time slots. Cops, created by John Langely, began airing in March 1989.

Silver linings came via increases in retransmission fees, up 35% over Q1 2012 to $10.4 million; digital revenue, up 23% to $3.8 million; and national advertising, up 4.6%. Local ad sales were down 4.9%.

Outdoor Channel is saying, Not so fast to potential buyer Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. (PT) Thursday to submit a higher bid. Kroenke would receive a $1 million “break-up” fee from the Outdoor ends up selecting Intermedia, the hunting and fishing channel said in a statement.
