In a Wednesday appearance, CBS CEO Leslie Moonves confirmed on CNBC that digital rights played a big part in the dispute with Time Warner Cable that led to a month-long blackout for over three million TWC subscribers. “One of the things we were fighting for is the ability to slice and dice our content all over the place,” said Moonves. “To put it on Netflix, to put it on Amazon, to let people binge view.”

Presenters for the Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards include Heidi Klum (Project Runway), Mark Burnett and Roma Downey (The Bible), Joelle Carter (Justified), Neil Patrick Harris (host of CBS‘s live Emmys show on September 22) and Yeardley Smith (The Simpsons).
