UPFRONT 2012: Turner Entertainment Networks

Turner’s TNT and TBS opened their Upfront yesterday morning with a quick video acknowledging the power loss mishap of last year followed by President of Turner Entertainment Networks Steve Koonin taking the stage pushing a very squeaky cart containing an overhead projector and referring to it as “the most modern technology ever used at an upfront presentation.”  His first transparency had three words: Heart, Humility, Hurry and then he wrote in Horror.  Steve went on to promise three of these four will be delivered in today’s presentation, but admitted he “just wasn’t sure which three.” And deliver Turner did with 14 new series in less than 100 entertaining minutes.
