Good morning. It’s Monday, January 1, 2007 and this is your Year in Review 2006. The one thing that stands out above all else in 2006 is this was the year of digital! A year when all industry parties developed alternative ways to deliver network programming and originals to the masses – broadband, mobile, viral, subscription and free VOD, SecondLife.com, and that’s just a sampling. It was also a year that felt like we had more than our share of losses, and a year of several significant and major moves by major folks. Here’s the quick rundown in “headline” format …
