The CW is moving forward with The Carrie Diaries ordering a pilot based on Candace Bushnell’s novel about a young Carrie Bradshaw coming of age in the 1980s. Amy Harris, who worked on HBO’s original Sex and the City series, wrote the new pilot script. Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Savage, Len Goldstein and Candace Bushnell serve as executive producers.
