Apple TV+ has renewed “Surface” for a second season. The psychological thriller stars and is exec produced by Gugu Mbatha-Raw. “This is really a brand new chapter set in a whole new world,” said creator Veronica West. “It’s been such a pleasure working with Gugu, Apple and the team at Hello Sunshine and a real privilege to continue the journey!”.

Fox started notifying viewers last Sunday of the impending deadline.

Season two will be the last for “Los Espookys” on HBO. “We are thrilled we could deliver the unique and hilarious second season of ‘Los Espookys’ to viewers finally, more than three years after the series premiere, due to pandemic delays,” said HBO. “We are not currently planning on a third season, but we would welcome the opportunity to work with this cast and crew in the future.”

Also canceled after one season is AMC+ sci-fi series “Moonhaven,” despite having been renewed for a sophomore run in July. The reversal comes as AMC Networks undergoes “strategic programming assessments” amid major cost-cutting measures.

Lara Trump’s role as a paid contributor for Fox News has ended, as her father-in-law, Donald Trump, launches his third presidential campaign. The wife of Eric Trump joined FNC in 2021.
