HISTORY has promoted three-time Emmy award-winning producer Zachary Behr to the post of Vice President of Programming. Behr most recently served as Senior Executive Producer.

IRIS.TV appointed Len DiCosola as Vice President of Publisher Development. DiCosola joins from OpenX, where he was VP of Publisher Business Development.

Viacom vet Michael D. Armstrong was named Paramount Pictures’ Executive Vice President, Worldwide Television Licensing and Operations. Armstrong was most recently GM for BET Networks.

Milner Butcher Media Group hired Bruce Dennler as Executive Vice President, Director of Strategy, a new position at the agency. Dennler was previously Managing Partner, West at Assembly.

Kew Media Distribution announced the hire of Maria Ibarra as Director of Sales, Distribution. Ibarra had been Director, International Program Sales for Viacom.

All3Media named Tim Pastore as Chief Executive Officer. He had been President of Original Programming and Production atNational Geographic Channels.

Spin Master Entertainment hired Thom Chapman as Senior Director, Sales and Distribution. He joins from DHX Mediawhere he directed the content expansion strategy for Asia.

Former Mark Burnett Productions and Televisa USA executive Patrice Choghi joined GRB Entertainment as Senior Vice President, International.

Starz made two key appointments to its International Digital Networks team. Darren Nielsen, formerly Director of Content Acquisition at Netflix, was hired as Senior Vice President of Distribution and Business Development, and Jeff Cooke, previously Vice President of Global Digital at Lionsgate, was named Vice President of Programming.

Raycom Media announced that Jim Wilcox, Vice President and General Manager of WALB, will retire at the end of 2018. He’sbeen with the Raycom Media-owned ABC/NBC affiliate in Albany, GA for 26 years.
