History greenlit season two of Knights Templar drama series Knightfall, with Mark Hamill (Star Wars) joining the cast and Aaron Helbing (The Flash) onboard as showrunner and executive producer. Eli Lehrer, EVP of programming, promised a “grittier, darker” show this time around.

With Matthew Crawley having been killed in a car accident on Downton Abbey, actor Dan Stevens couldn’t be in the upcoming Downton movie…or could he? Dockery also posted the photo – but just captioned it, “Dorks.”

During the publicity rounds for her book, “Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House,” Omarosa Manigault Newman played an audio recording for Today’s Savannah Guthrie that she says is from 2017, during which President Trump claims he hadn’t know she was fired. “Nobody even told me about it,” Trump says on the tape. Manigault Newman, who on Sunday produced for Meet the Press an audio recording of what appears to be White House chief of staff John Kelly firing her, said Trump is “being puppeted, and that’s very dangerous for this nation.” Trump batted back on Twitter, calling his “wacky” former The Apprentice contestant “Vicious, but not smart.”

Nielsen and J.D. Power plan to target car-buyers by combining audience data from Nielsen with buyer insights from J.D. Power, with Nielsen Auto Cloud. Advertisers will have access to omnichannel campaign measurement tools, and in-flights analytics will help control what types of ads people see.

Speaking of Nielsen, the measurement company’s shares rose 12% Monday after hedge fund Elliott Management revealed it owns shares representing about 8.4% of Nielson Holdings, and plans to push for a sale. “Nielsen’s Board of Directors and management team are actively focused on executing the company’s strategy to achieve sustainable, profitable growth and drive long-term value creation for all shareholders,” said a company spokesperson. “The board and management regularly engage with shareholders and welcome the views and perspectives of its owners, including Elliott.”
