Univision received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index, and was named a “Best Place to Work” for LGBTQ persons. Digital media organization Quartz hired Ciku Kimeria as Quartz Africa editor. Kimeria is a longtime contributor to Quartz Africa.

Ad agency Doner has appointed Maria Cabo as SVP, Strategist and Sky Downing as VP, Strategy. Prior to joining Doner, Cabo held roles at independent agencies including d’expósito and Partners. Downing’s background includes extensive B2B and B2C experience.

Wendy Luckenbill was named Senior Vice President of Brand Communications at Fox Sports. She last served as Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy Communications at OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network and Harpo Inc.

Channel Factory expanded its female executive branch with three appointments. Emily Deere, previously at DoubleVerify, was named Vice President of Product Operations. Chelsea Jacobsen joins the company from Ogury to run the Midwest region as Vice President of Central Sales, and Jessica Littlemore will serve as Marketing Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Marissa Nelson was promoted at Magid. She’ll join the Local Media leadership team as Vice President, Consulting.

WildBrain CPLG appointed Jasen Wright as Vice President, North America. He last served as Vice President of Licensing and Brand Management at Beanstalk.

Christie Kawada has been hired as Executive Vice President, Head of Media Development and Audience Measurement at Ipsos North America. Joining her at the company are Thomas Grayman, as Senior Vice President, Content Strategy and Audience Measurement, and Audra Priluck, as Senior Vice President, Media Development and Head of Revenue Activation. Kawada and Grayman were previously at Viacom CBS, while Priluck was at Maru/Matchbox.
