RATINGS
In the first session following February sweep, Live with Kelly and Ryan (2.5 Live+SD national Nielsen rating, up 9% from the week before) hit a four-week high, blowing past Ellen DeGeneres (new season low 19, down 21%) and into second place among talkers behind leader Dr. Phil (3.2, down 3%). The big week for Live, up 14 % from last year and the only top four talk show in the plus column, was fueled by its Live After Oscar episode on March 5.
Entertainment Tonight (3.2, up 3%) finished first among magazines after a big night covering the Oscars and was the only mag to move up week-to-week, scoring its highest ratings since the week of February 5.
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’s American Pride Week, saluting unsung heroes from teachers to police officers, grew from the prior week in Households (+6%), Total Viewers (+4%) and Women 25-54 (+17%).

Endemol Shine North America named Christmas Rini as Executive Vice President, Development, Unscripted Original Series. Rini previously served as Executive Vice President, Development at A. Smith & Company. In addition, Michael Weinberg , previously Senior Vice President, Development, was named Executive Vice President of Syndication, while Sean Loughlin was upped to Senior Vice President, Unscripted Development.
Freeform upped Jayne Bieber to Senior Vice President, Production Management and Operations. She joined the network in 2010 as Vice President, Production.
Joe Hadari was hired as Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing & Strategy, truTV. Hadari had been Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Horizon Media.
