High Noon Entertainment promoted Katie Neff to Vice President of Development. Neff reports to Jill Schwartz, Senior Vice President of Development.

Carla Sacks joins Black Spot as an Executive Producer, marketing brands for television and advertising clients. Previously, Sacks was part of the USA Network rebrand. 

Rachel Rusch has been named Vice President of Event Series for Fox Broadcasting Company. Rusch had been Director of Development for Fabrik Entertainment.

Stephanie Wolf was appointed Director of Development for Steve Rotfeld Productions. Wolf spent six years working in global acquisitions and international programming/development at National Geographic Channel.

Adam Sher has been tapped to serve as Chief Creative Officer at Leftfield Entertainment. Most recently, Sher was Chief Executive Officer of Ryan Seacrest Productions.

Fox Networks Group elevated Bruce Lefkowitz to Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales. Previously, Lefkowitz was Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales for Fox Cable Entertainment.

Discovery Channel named Craig Coffman Vice President of Production. Coffman most recently served as Senior Executive Producer on series for the net’s Motor Mondays.

Luis Carlos Velez has been tapped to serve as Telemundo‘s Executive Vice President of Network News. Velez had been Anchor and News Director at Caracol Television in Columbia.

Paul Pastor has been named Executive Vice President of Network Strategy, Revenue and Operations for Discovery Channel. Previously, Pastor was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Consumer Analytics for the Disney/ABC Television Group.

Vancouver-based Rainmaker Entertainment promoted Kylie Ellis to the newly created position of Vice President of Production at the Mainframe Entertainment television division. Ellis had been Director of Production.

John Reiss was named Executive Producer of NBC’s Meet the Press. Reiss had been serving as Acting Executive Producer.

Nickelodeon appointed Amy Hyland as Executive Vice President, Nickelodeon Ad Sales  New York, and Justin Nesci to the position of Senior Vice President, Ad Sales Strategy and Technology Sales. Previously, Hyland had been Executive Vice President of Ad Sales Strategy and Planning; Besci was formerly Senior Vice President of Nickelodeon Digital Sales.

Univision Communications appointed Lincoln Lopez as Vice President and General Manager of Social Media. Previously, Lopez worked with Turner Broadcasting as vice president of Social and Digital Media for TBS, TNT and Turner Classic Movies.

San Francisco-based creative agency Eleven hired Jeremy Gibney as a Creative Director and Rob Esmudo as an Associate Creative Director. Prior to Eleven, Gibney led the creative concept and development of brand user experiences at Gap.

Genius Brands International tapped Jason Brumbaugh to serve in the newly created position of Vice President of Digital. Brumbaugh previously served as a Producer at Disney Interactive Media Group.

Off the Fence appointed Loren Syer-Willoughby as Acquisitions Executive, based in the company’s London office. Previously, Syer-Willoughby sold content across factual, fiction and kids for Indigo Film &Television.
