FOX gave drama series Lie To Me a full season order, picking up the back nine episodes. This week’s episode posted a 2.7 rating among A18-49, retaining 60% of lead-in House’s demo ratings. 20th TV and Imagine TV produce Lie To Me.

A day after announcing a fifth season pick-up for Psych, USA Network said Burn Notice will be back for a fourth season, reports EW. The second half of Burn Notice’s third season returns in January while the new 16-episode order is expected to premiere next summer.

A&E Network brings back a sixth season of Dog the Bounty Hunter beginning December 2 at 9p. The new season opens with a special one-hour premiere episode marking the series’ 150th episode. Hybrid Films produces the series for A&E.

HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm season finale on Sunday at 9p was the most-watched season ender in five years, attracting more than 1.3 million total viewers. The 10p encore finale episode was viewed by 716,000 total viewers for a combined total of more than 2 million viewers.

~  DISTRIBUTION, CLEARANCE & CARRIAGE ~

FX made a deal with Summit Entertainment, snapping up the ad-supported television rights to all four of the Twilight films. FX can begin airing last year’s first Twilight movie in late 2011; the just-released The Twilight Saga: New Moon will air on FX in late 2012; and the third movie in the series Eclipse, releasing theatrically on June 30, will be available on FX in early 2013. The package deal with Summit Entertainment also includes the films The Hurt Locker, Knowing and Push with all three available on FX in mid-2012. Furthermore, all seven films from Summit Entertainment will go to FX after their premium pay cable window on Showtime.

~ PRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT ~

ABC is temporarily halting production on frosh drama series Flash Forward this week. The six-day hiatus has been a part of the show’s schedule and the purpose is to give writers more time to “maintain a high quality of the show” per an ABC network representative.
