Galleon Holdings moves into the gaming market with the launch Sokator -442, a new soccer-centric online browser-based game targeted to a young male audience.  The multi-player online game is the first step of a multi platform initiative that includes a live action TV show and animated content, which will be distributed in China and the rest of the world to coincide with the Football World Cup in June 2010.  The Sokator-442 game will be distributed through online games portals, including Spil Games.  Galleon will tailor the game for key markets (e.g. language, content and marketing), and also plans to generate revenue through sponsorship deals.  The game is free to play, with additional premium content available with a subscription.
