The Marvel Universe is heating up in the podcast realm. Marvel Entertainment and SiriusXM inked a multiyear deal to create original podcasts for SiriusXM and Pandora. Agreement includes multiple podcasts including original scripted series based around established Marvel characters plus unscripted original shows and themed live events slated to bow in 2020. Among characters to be featured are Wolverine, Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Star-Lord, as well as a fifth series in which all four team up. Unscripted podcasts will look at Marvel’s history through a modern-day lens of pop culture.
