Comedy Central promoted Matt Silvestri to Vice President and Creative Director, Brand Creative.

Endemol Shine Group promoted Yannick Ferrero to Group Director, Commercial Operations; his role will extend to incorporate the gaming and brand licensing divisions in addition to his existing digital remit. Jane Smith has been upped to the new broader role of Group Director, Brand Licensing and Gaming.

CBS Corp. named Philip Wiser as Chief Technology Officer. Wiser was previously Global Chief Technology Officer for Hearst.
