   EXECUTIVE MOVES

Patrick O’Connell, Chief Financial Officer of AMC Networks will be departing the company to pursue an opportunity outside of the media industry. O’Connell will remain through March and participate in the company’s 2025 Fourth Quarter and Year-End earnings call. The company has initiated a search for his successor.

Bill Condon has joined Gracenote as its first Head of Advertising Sales. Most recently, Condon served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships at Xumo.

Amazon MGM Studios’ Head of Global Television Peter Friedlander is restructuring his scripted series group. “Effective immediately, we are transitioning from our current structure — split between Wholly Owned and Co-Productions — to a streamlined, genre-based organization (drama & comedy, worldbuilding, animation, and unscripted),” said Friedlander in a memo to staff. Blair Fetter, who worked with Friedlander at Netflix, is joining as Head of Worldbuilding and Genre Series. Laura Lancaster and Nick Pepper, who have been running the co-production and wholly teams, are leaving their roles, but are in talks to enter producing deals with Amazon MGM.

Sara Iversen has joined the Northern Lights Family as Director of Growth and Partnerships. Iversen was previously Executive Producer/Director of Business Development at Boomshot.

JamLoop has promoted Brian Bell to SVP, Head of Sales. Bell most recently served as GM, North America.

Association of National Advertisers Group Executive Vice President Bill Duggan will retire from the organization in June. He will be succeeded by former IAA Global Managing Director Dagmara Szulce, who joined the ANA last week as EVP.

Nikki Cameron has been named Vice President, Development at Bunim/Murray Productions. Cameron had served as Director of Development at Bunim/Murray since joining in 2021.

A+E Studios has tapped Chris Sanagustin to serve as Head of Current Programming. Sanagustin was most recently President of Pine Tree Entertainment.
