Fox 21 Television Studios has promoted Creative Executive Tara Flynn to Vice President of Creative Affairs. Flynn has worked on Homeland, Sons of Anarchy, Brickleberry, Salem and Legends, and has shepherded development projects with Chernin Entertainment and New Regency.
MTV has announced the addition of new executives to the NYC Development and Production team. The new hires include: Kenda Greenwood, Vice President of Unscripted Development and Production; Chelsea Friedland, Senior Director, Development and Production; Dane Reiley, Senior Director, Unscripted Comedy Development and Production; and Dan Caster, Director of Development and Production.
Sonar Entertainment named Tom Patricia to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Limited Series, Miniseries and Movies. Patricia comes to Sonar after consulting for Lionsgate Television since 2013.

Jupiter Entertainment upped Madeline McAdams to Series Producer of the true crime television series Snapped. McAdams was previously on the post-production staff of the Oxygen Network show.
NJTV, New Jersey’s Public Television Network named Sally Garner as Executive Producer. She previously served as Executive Producer for WNET‘s weekly newsmagazine, MetroFocus.
Bradley Siegel has been named President of TV One. The cable industry vet is presently Vice Chairman of Atlanta-based UP, which he co-founded with current UP CEO Charley Humbard and launched in 2004.
Starz has promoted Scott Barton, Amy Kline and Eric Neal of its Denver-based Starz Program Planning department. Barton, previously Vice President, Digital and On Demand Programming, is now Senior Vice President of Branded Digital Content and Products. Kline, formerly Vice President, Programming Operations, is Senior Vice President, Programming Operations/Quality Control. Neal, previously Vice President, Program Inventory and Planning, is Senior Vice President, Program Planning.
MTV has a new hire straight from the White House. Ronnie Cho, former Associate Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement and a featured player in HBO documentary By The People: The Election of Barack Obama, has joined the network as Head of Public Affairs. Rich Ferraro has been named Senior Director of Public Affairs for Logo TV. He was previously Vice President of Communications and Programs at GLAAD.
Comcast has appointed Angela Vega as Director of Government Affairs for the Central Valley. Vega previously served on the Board of Directors for the Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Fresno’s Leading Young Professionals, Central California Latina Network and the advisory council for the U.C.
NATPE Content First, a leading B2B market and conference for the multifaceted media business, has upped Jordan Ryder to the newly created position of Vice President, Domestic and International Programming. She was formerly Vice President of Event Programming.
Minneapolis-based agency mono has announced two senior hires. Alison Clark, formerly of Leo Burnett, Chicago, has been named Group Account Director. Joel Stacy, who last worked at Olson, is Creative Co-Chair.
A+E Networks has expanded its London-based, international content distribution team with the appointment of Robyn Hurd and Michael Oesterlin, each as Senior Director, Content Sales, EMEA, and Lorenzo Bertolotti as Manager, Content Sales, EMEA. Hurd joins A+E from Drive Television, Ltd. Oesterlin last served as a Consultant to the A+E international content distribution team. Bertolotti last worked for Passion Distribution and eOne Television International, managing sales in Africa and the Middle East.
Justine Bloome has joined Carat USA as Head of Strategy and Innovation to lead the agency’s new Catalyst team. Prior to the move, Bloome founded marketing and communications firm The Village Agency, in her native Australia.
