The VP/Head of Ad Sales is responsible for achieving sales performance and meeting
and exceeding top line revenue and growth targets. Will identify go to market
sales strategies, for agencies, clients, and audiences. Will lead and mentor a
team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure the
achievement of revenue goals on a national, regional and local level. The VP
will lead a team to ensure Freebee as a ‘must-buy’ for advertisers to reach
and engage audiences at scale. Will grow and manage agency holding
company and client relationships across markets with a customer first
approach.
Responsibilities include:
Lead, manage, develop, and grow Ad Sales teams. Attract and retain
the best talent.
Work with leadership team to set, achieve, and grow revenue targets
across OOH, Digital and Experiential.
Instrumental in driving the team to exceed all expectations and goals
of the leadership team while also contributing to the overall success of
Freebee’s Sales efforts.
Foster open and transparent communication channels, ensure that the
value propositions of Freebee are properly communicated to potential
revenue sources.
Collaborate with executive leadership to construct transformation and
innovation
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive
transformational initiatives within the organization.
Build and oversee a team that encourages open communication
and creates opportunities for cross-functional collaboration,
knowledge sharing, and teamwork to foster a sense of unity and
shared purpose.
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Support team members to ensure they have the resources and
tools needed to excel in their roles.
Regularly assess and monitor performance, providing
constructive feedback and recognition for achievements.
Lead and manage multi-market deals and revenue growth.
Identify and executes sales strategies which result in exceeding
revenue targets.
Grow and manage agency holding company relationships and provide
expertise in certain categories and/or regions to drive revenue.
Develop and manage key client relationships to evangelize Freebee’s
full suite of ad product offerings
Identify and capture strategic high-value opportunities
Create differentiation in market to drive leadership
Deliver marketers a superior advertising experience that utilizes
insights to drive business outcomes
Will drive new business.
