Eligibility Period
To be eligible, the nominee must have been employed (either in part or in full) between September 1, 2015, and October 31, 2016.
All submissions are held in strict confidence and we will not share information unless we receive permission from the entrant.
How to Enter
The submission process is completed soley online:
First, you will be guided through the registration process, and then the nomination (synopsis + supporting materials).
You can nominate yourself or your colleagues. While not all of the sections are mandatory, we do recommend providing as much information as possible. The more content provided, the better!
Please include the following information:
■ A brief synopsis on why the nominee should be included in Cynopsis Media’s Buyers & Planners list (max 400 words)
■ Provide 3 concrete examples of his or her stellar achievements over the past year (specific campaigns, events, programs – proof that this person shines!)
■ A sample of the nominee’s work and/or supporting materials (media clips, press materials, campaign results and any other relevant items)
■ Nominee’s contact information (full name, title, organization, email and phone) – we will not contact the nominee directly until after the results have been announced
■ Your name and contact information so that we may follow up with questions during the judging process
Supporting materials should show evidence of the success of their/your work, examples include:
Web sites/URLs * ROI Stats * Media Coverage * Photos * Research Documents * Screenshots * Testimonials * Videos * Web Stats. For videos, please upload the raw file (mov or mp4) or provide a link to the content to be viewed (youtube, vimeo, company’s website or another video sharing platform).
Respondents are not required to answer all questions to be considered (except where indicated), but we do encourage you to provide as much information as possible so that we can evaluate each submission fairly and accurately. Both domestic and international organizations are eligible to enter and will be judged on the content submitted.

Deadlines
The program is free of charge and all nominations must be submitted online by November 30, 2016 at 11:59pm EST. Finalists will be notified in late December and honored on February 7, 2017 in New York City.
