What to Expect at the 2025 DPAA Video Everywhere Summit

Each year, the DPAA Video Everywhere Summit is where the media, marketing, and technology communities come together to define the future of advertising in our screen-driven world. As we prepare for our 2025 Summit on October 14 at Pier Sixty in New York City, here is what the approximately 1,000 brand, agency, media, press, ad tech and measurement companies attending will experience:

1. Where Digital Meets the Real World

This year’s theme couldn’t be more timely. As digital video and out-of-home (OOH) converge, and while AI reshapes marketing as we know it, our Video Everywhere Summit will showcase the visionaries, brands, and platforms leading that transformation. From major Hollywood studios to AI pioneers and creative storytellers, the day promises connection, insights, inspiration, and innovation — all wrapped in the energy and spirit that makes this event truly one-of-a-kind.

Among the brands on hand to discuss this topic are Marc Jacobs, who in conversation with Kaylee Hultgren, Content Director at Chief Marketer, will have a discussion on emerging trends and cultural relevance — critical insights for anyone navigating today’s marketing landscape.

2. Entertainment Marketing Powerhouses

We’re bringing leading entertainment marketers to the main stage. Dana Nussbaum and Christian Davin, Co-Heads of Global Motion Picture Marketing at Warner Bros., will headline a featured session presented by our partners at Ankler Media: “Modern Movie Marketing via a Digital Lens.” Hosted by Sean McNulty (The Ankler podcast and The Wakeup newsletter), this session will showcase how one of the world’s most iconic studios is evolving its theatrical marketing strategies across digital, social, and — importantly — out-of-home platforms, and having a truly amazing box office run.

Also joining us is Domenic DiMeglio, Chief Marketing and Data Officer at Paramount+, speaking in the session “Extending Reach Beyond Screens.” His insights into how Paramount+ navigates streaming growth through data-driven, screen-agnostic marketing and experiential will be invaluable to anyone working across the content and media ecosystem.

These sessions shine a spotlight on how entertainment brands are tapping into the power of video everywhere — from home screens to big city billboards.

3. AI Leadership with Marketing with AI For Dummies Author, Shiv Singh

We’re honored to welcome Shiv Singh, marketing transformation expert and author of Marketing with AI For Dummies, to our 2025 stage. As artificial intelligence reshapes every aspect of the media and advertising world, Shiv will interview H&R Block to help attendees understand how to drive trust, performance, and brand relevance using AI-powered tools and strategies.

His talk anchors our “Where Marketing Meets AI” track — alongside other sessions like OUTFRONT Media CEO Nick Brien’s talk on “From Attention to Action: Building Trust in the AI Era.” These sessions are must-attend for marketers looking to move past the buzz and into meaningful conversations about AI, its impact and how the industry is and ought to respond.

4. Converging Screens, Smarter Measurement

Today’s consumers live across screens — and marketers must follow. That’s why we’re focusing heavily on omnichannel marketing, particularly between DOOH and Connected TV (CTV). Panels like “When Screens Converge” and “Scaling Trust – How to Turn OOH Measurement into Increased Investment” will explore how DOOH works as a powerful part of cross-platform campaigns.

5. Future of Journalism with Chuck Todd

Each year I am grateful for the opportunity to extend our program beyond the industry through conversations with newsmakers and journalists who allow us to take a step back and look at trends shaping our world and the media industry writ large. Joining me on stage at the Summit will be former Meet the Press host — now ubiquitous across media platforms (podcast, streaming video, and more) — Chuck Todd.

One more thing — A Broadway Moment with MJ The Musical Live

And yes — it wouldn’t be the DPAA Summit without Broadway knocking down the door. This year, we welcome live performances by the award-winning MJ The Musical, delivering the kind of energy, emotion, and artistry that reflect the heart of modern storytelling.
