Vimeo revamped its video-creation app Cameo with a new music interface and artist discovery platform. “Given the integral role music plays in video, we were excited to focus our first big refresh since joining the Vimeo family last March on the music experience,” Cameo VP Matthew Rosenberg told Cynopsis. As part of the launch, Cameo is spotlighting the artist Beard Hands and its single Giants as the latest addition to its music catalog. Also new are Cameo Badges, which recognize users with “Cameo of the Week” and “Best of Cameo.” Additionally, Vimeo updated its Apple TV app, reducing the number of clicks it takes to watch a video while improving video discovery.
