New Form Digital releases Incubator Series 2, with nine shorts

New Form Digital released nine new, original scripted shorts from its Incubator Series 2 yesterday. Eleven originals were “incubated”; two sold prior to production, to Refinery29 and Maker Studios. The studio’s Incubator Series develops scripted original concepts from emerging digital talent. “Since New Form Digital launched one year ago, we have produced twenty-five pilots and have seventeen series in production,” said Kathleen Grace, New Form Digital’s Chief Creative Officer. “That means there is a hunger and desire for the type of scripted stories we are telling.” Shorts are available to view on NFD’s YouTube channel. NFD was founded by Hollywood producers Ron Howard and Brian Grazer and Discovery Communications.
